friendly staff central location small room old furniture
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was very central, it was close to many restaurants after a long day sightseeing!
the room was a bit small. i found the furniture in the room somewhat OLD, and i think that affected my experience a LITTLE.

small lift understaffed service
the receptionist was indeed helpful , readily arranging a dinner reservation for us.
i must report that the lift proved to be a significant drawback , being exceedingly small. it barely accommodated one person , let alone luggage. additionally , the breakfast service suffered from understaffing , with a single person managing both dishwashing and customer service , leading to delays in clearing tables.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
useful fridge ample closet hot water convenient restaurants
The room included a useful fridge and ample closet space. I also appreciated the very hot water in the shower. Restaurants are conveniently located within a couple blocks. I found the market at Place Maubert, a five-minute walk, very nice.
The elevator was quite small. Only one person with a small suitcase fits comfortably.

The room had adequate space and was very clean. I found the bed to be in excellent condition. There were no carpets, which I appreciate for hygiene reasons.

The building is within five minutes of a Metro station. Notre Dame is within a 15-minute walk. Many sights can be reached easily from this central location.

Breakfast included enough options to satisfy me. I noticed a patisserie across the street. This provides a quiet alternative for breakfast with many choices.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded to my requests promptly. I saw that coffee , tea , and sweets were available at no extra charge.
